Wanted - Rooms to rent for Sault College Students

My brother called me from Windsor. He has a couple of friends who have kids starting at Sault College this fall and they are having a hard time finding rental places here in the Sault. Does anyone know where they might find rooms/apts to rent? Sault College has not been able to help them. Thanks!

What price range? Can they bus or want close to walk? Utilities in or extra? PUC? How many kids? Smokers? Drinkers? How long? Will they sign a lease? If they want it held a they will have to pay full rent, not the land lords fault they are not there. Prefer one responsible individual signature on documents. One month in advance and a cleaning deposit of 40% of monthly rent.
