It means the staff is tidying the store and getting it ready for the next day so we don't have people on here complaining about a store that is not clean......and yes a lot of places only pay till closing....if vacuuming bothers you that much complain to the owner or manager who does the scheduling....I sure wouldn't stay past closing to clean if I wasn't getting paid and I don't think you would eiher.
