This entire post is nearly racist if you put it in that context, I mean really, Bogs behave how they are trained to behave, the media blows what ever it can out of proportion in order to make money. Its the same kind of scare tactics that the US media has used since the dawn of time really, fear sells. If you are afraid of your neighbors, get better locks, buy a gun, security systems, etc. The terrible part is that a breed or two of dogs gets a bad rap. I had a Pure Bred American Pit bull terrier and it has never bitten anyone, but my landlords chiuaua bits be every time its outside, I shrug it off, but the first time it bites my son it will be the last thing it does bite. My point is this, the media has us in fear of these animals, just the same was as the media sensationalized black thugs and gangs, Latino people being thieves, etc, but the world just witnessed a white dude shoot up a public school, but people dont fear white people. Its a twisted world that we live in, and singling out any breed of dog is ridiculous. I for one will not buy into anyones mainstream fear just because the media says we should fear them.

No child should be left unsupervised with a dog.

Now take a look at this total idiot and his wife? with his toddler son and his dog.

I'd like to slap that man's face off. When they leave that child unattended with the dog, they'll wonder why he had his face severely bitten or worse, mauled to death. Poor Scoobie will end up paying for his life. Sickening.

This guy supports the sweet and cuddly notion, but he doesn't support this statement.

"These are all myths. Dog-sales statistics show that PBs were never that popular in America; and they were never bred for anything but fighting."(CUT & PASTE FROM LINK.)

Then read the rest, then try to put it all together.

And yet another one. I find this one particularly interesting because the family also had a Beagle and an Irish Setter that did not get involved in the Mauling. Very telling indeed.

I think what is more telling : "Five people were home at around 6 p.m. when the mauling happened, according to WTOC.com, including Monica's 12-year-old brother, who was assigned to watch her, and their grandmother."
