If the man loves his kids and is a good parent, who cares how much he weighs? That is utter nonsense and definitely a violation of his human rights.

Oh, and kids jumping all over couches is a normal thing in many houses so IMO, that is NOT something to judge them by.

A note. A child who is Crown Ward with access CANNOT be adopted.

I have seen children adopted who were crown wards with access. Mother had access until the adoption. Granted it isn't often and isn't normal but it can happen.
