    Here ya go.

The good: This food is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Calcium and Magnesium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

The bad: This food is very high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.

There is always someone who has to take all the fun outa food and drink. My wife and daughter announce the calories and sugars on every friggin thing I put in a grocery cart. I eat it anyway but they gotta tell me.
A friend stationed in Afghanistan has retired and stayed on, opening a bomb plant that makes ordinance that look like prayer mats. Profits are through the roof.
