Chiropractor. All a doctor will do is tell you to take Tylenol and to exercise. Seriously. Go see Dr Rod Myers on Great northern. He can be a bit rough, but he usually guarantees results after 2 or 3 visits. It's usually only one visit you'll need unless you're really messed up.

I used to see Campagna and it would take 3-4 visits to fix an issue because my muscles were too tense. Every single visit with Dr Myers, he gets the job done.

That sounds absolutely terrible. One day my back locked up like that and I had such a hard time just getting up to go to the bathroom.

Ditto! I think that, like with most things, we have our preferences/horror stories about the various practitioners. I see Nenonen and I usually see major improvement after 1 or 2 visits though it takes a few more to stabilize things. He has saved me days of major agony on more than one occasion.....most recently in the last week.

Things have changed drastically from years back when medical doctors considered chiropractors quacks. Now most are far more accepting and sometimes honest enough to say "I can't do much except give you pain meds...call your chiropractor."

Dr Merlino in the market mall is apparently really good too. Like Dr Myers, rough but gets it done and you don't have to come back.

I go to Merlino he is good I don't find him rough. I used to go to mazucca but because of the hours he works I had to change to Merlino as he stays open late.

Alright, well my source of info is from my mother-in-law. She used to go to Campagna and once she switched she noticed a rough but good change.

Rough isn't good trust me, I ended up with torticollus and costochondritis from agressive adjusting. Not good. I don't think I should be coming out of the office worse than when I started or with another issue.

I never come out worse. I feel a little tense from the adjustments, but after an hour I'm at least 90% better if not 100%

I never come out worse I always feel better, unfortunately my injury is too extensive at the moment to be fixed all it does is gives me temporary relief.
