What is up with these highlighted words in most posts that are adverts for different crap? I thought it was just mine but I see a lot of you have the same thing. How is it legal for an advertiser to tag your posts without your approval?

Real answer: I assume it's not just this site. You may want to get this moved to tech support. The most common thing to come up in searches is an add on called Text-Enhancer but there's a number of 'malware' that do this.

In Tiny Tim's post the word common is highlighted in blue and underlined and the blurb is to get a government check for 7000 for free. I see lots at least one in every post.

I don't see anything either BUT one day I came on here and my AVG picked out a virus. Had to stop and scan and sure enough there it was.
