They make cat litter that they specifically recommend you dispose of outside like that. There are pine pellets and corn litter you can do that with. I wouldn't thoguh, cause you can still smell the ammonia. lol

I have seem that kind, but this was regular clumping stinky cat litter.. His yard looked like something from Sanford and Son as well..lol

In all fairness though if we ALL used horses and they all pooped on the roads, the city would create a by-law in a hurry. Just like they did for dogs. except the bags would be much bigger, and you'd have to buy the expensive ones cause those generic br......oh wait...that's business bashing
