Web Browser Question????

Right now Ive got Firefox version 3.0.19 on my computer and Ive got to upgrade as I can't do alot on the computer for stuff (like facebook and sometimes emails etc)...

Now my question is what can I get? I CAN NOT upgrade to the newest one as it makes my computer freeze and the internet will close on me...

So what can I get thats close to it and is an upgrade? So it works on my computer...

And I do NOT want to have Private browsing options on my computer either!!

Good luck on the lack of private browsing, I think that feature is pretty standard these days. You can probably try a newer version of Firefox that isn't the newest. Chrome is also a good alternative, very similar to Firefox.

According to this article, the feature was implemented in version 3.1.

Therefore you have the latest version available without that option.

There is an add-on you can download to somewhat disable private browsing, but often older browser versions don't support updated add-ons .
