I have found $100.00 dollar cards, but would prefer one $250.00 as a gift card.

Royal Bank for sure, and I think you can get them at any bank, but Im not too sure

You can go to the postal outlet in the Churchill Plaza and buy a pre-paid (and re-loadable) credit card (Visa). I got one specifically for shopping on line because I have an unrational fear that someone will get my card number and max out my card.
The voices in my head are having a party and didn't invite me!
