Outlook email

[IMHO]

I cannot bring UP a list of contacts. Some times when I click on a mail message it will not open. If I come back to the site it will then open(maybe an hour later) When I click on PEOPLE it remains blank. If I click on CALENDAR it also presents a blank page...HELP
