    Default Little Caesers Pizza here?

Just read on Sootoday of a possible Little Caesars Pizza coming here. It was mentioned casually in job fair post. Any truth to that? I heard from someone else that it may be at the Churchill Plaza.

It's going in the old Scholars location in the Churchill Plaza by the old LCBO. They've had a banner up for a few weeks now.

We only support the home grown pizza place. |They have better pizza than any of the chain store pizza outlets. They will have an uphill battle to survive.

I agree with you totally. Sadly, the owners of my favourite local mom and pop pizza joint retired and sold the business and the new owners just can't seem to match the old flavour. :-(
We've lost a lot of the great old pizza joints from when I was a kid just from retirement or just the selling of the business. Sorrentos, Cletos, the Original Mrs B's, Dinos, Service Grill.
I also miss the Pisa Pizza that use to be in the back of the Blue Flame building. Ok.. I'm getting hungry. :-) Still, with Little Caesers, it's just something different to try. :-)

This is so exciting. Now I don't have to pay 6 dollars going across the river to save five dollars on a pizza.

Yikes! I don't know how anyone from the Soo can get excited about LC. Caesers isn't even good pizza down here.

    (jonesing for Sault pizza...)

It'll last about as long as Pizza Hut without stuffed crust did... The only reason Boston Pizza is still around is because they make other good dishes. But you can't beat the home made Sault Pizza. Any chain just selling pizza hasn't got a chance.

Domino's has had cars flying all over the Sault since they re-opened. Looks like they've been doing well.

    I stand corrected.
It might be due to their hours, but nonetheless I do stand corrected.

They are almost as bad as cab drivers. I think they are at your house with your pizza before you even even hang up the phone.

We get Little Caesar's from across and like it. It's different from our joints, which is nice sometimes.

Little ceasers is great for people who can't afford places like fratelli's, aurora's pizza, mrs b's. That's why dominos seems to be doing well....its cheap. Those who can afford the good stuff obviously goes to places I mentioned. Those who can not (people on welfare-odsp, min wage jobs) will appreciate another chain that's in their price range.

Little Caesars is the Wal Mart of pizza chains.
