    Anyone else having an issue calling them? I call the Appointment line wait 5 mins...still no answer?

    I think they are having a lot of issues from the big system switch.
    The cat didn't come back the very next day but he does check in every now and then.

    The new records system has nothing to do with the phones.

    P.S. You might press 0 instead of the appointment line.
    My apologies if defending seems defensive!!

    I just meant the number of people trying to call to fix lost appointments is tying up all the lines.
    The cat didn't come back the very next day but he does check in every now and then.

    Yes, of course, hadn't though of that!!!

    I wonder how many people ask, "So if my appointment isn't in the records, what is the doctor DOING right now??"

    I was too busy keeping my hubby from blowing his stack to even ask. I had that appt. booked in October. The Dr. wasn't even in the office. There were no other patients in the waiting area either. "We are sorry, you aren't even in the system!"

    I hope they get the kinks worked out in this "new" system quickly! Frustrating when you are trying to pick up a prescription that the drugstore hasn't even recieved yet! Call the Dr.s and of course they sent it already, they don't know where it went with the new system! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
