lizzardskills if you adopted them from the shelter they pay the rest of the cost of the spay/neuter.
when anyone adopts 2 cats/kittens that aren't fixed, you pay one adoption fee the deposit for spay/neuter for each, when it is time to get them fixed the shelter pays the rest.
their needles i'm afraid the owner has to pay for that.
