Default Windows XP or Windows 7 install discs

I need to re-format my computer and need discs to re-install an operating system. I prefer to use Windows XP or Windows 7, but anything else will do.

You can get them for free, just follow the directions in this article from pcworld if you need to re-install your operating system.

Apparently he would rather be obtuse and ignore simple instructions... but as the sayin goes. A fool and his money are soon parted.
