Your best bet would be to get a quote for the job as a flat rate. Anyone working by the hour could take you to the cleaners, and you might still not have the job done right. No one will quote you a price without seeing the job first. It just isn't done that way with any reputable contractor. The old adage, .... fast, cheap, or good; you can only expect two of the three. Hope this helps.
