    Default homeowners in the Queen St and Dacey Road area

    I was just wondering if you were notified by Bell that they are installing a cell phone tower there, apparently they said they only had to notify 74 homes. We were notified but the people on the other side of our street were not,

    seeing the tower isn't the problem, not notifying the people who live near it is,
