    Question Locked out of computer

    INSPIRON 15 3251 DELL
    KEEPS TELLING ME THIS.., YOU CANT SIGN INTO YOUR PC RIGHT NOW. GO TO ACCOUNT/LIVE.COM TO FIX THE PROBLEM, OR TRY THE LAST PASSWORD YOU USED ON THIS PC.
    I GO TO ANOTHER PC TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I RESET THE PASSWORD, WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY.
    I GO BACK TO THE DELL COMPUTER, TELLS ME THE SAMETHING.
    ANOTHER THING, IT IS TELLING ME MY NAME AND MY HUSBANDS EMAILS ADDRESS.
    I TRIED TO REMOVE THE BATTERY TO RESET BUT IT DOESNT WORK.
    WHEN I RESTART THE SYSTEM, IT GO DIRECTLY TO THE SIGN IN SCREEN FOR WINDOWS, THE COMPUTER DIDNT COME WITH AN INSTALLATION DISK AND I DONT HAVE ONE, I REALLY DONT WANT TO DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE PC.

    PLEASE HELP ME.

    If it shows his e-mail address, you need his password.
    If it shows multiple accounts in the left bottom, you need to select the account that you normally use and that should bring up the proper e-mail address.
    If it does not show multiple accounts in the left bottom but the wrong e-mail address, he made the mistake of logging into the windows store using his account instead of the already logged on account.
