It will be a legacy that will trump (no fun intended) any other legacy of any past or future President.
He will be the one establishing a 3 party system in the USA.

    Brilliant move!
Brilliant move, have you been paying attention? I believe you can now downplay the third-party deal and start making book to the length of a jail sentence he will be given.

You do know Trump has everyone fooled by letting Biden pretend he won, right?

He is, as I am sure you are aware, still very liable and open for criminal charges, right?

They have been saying that for years. Nothing is going to happen because he's a former President. He represents an institution. Convicting him would also mean a conviction on the office.
Not going to happen. Like Nixon, nothing happens.

Nixon was as I recall, castigated and died a broken man, far from having nothing happen to him. Trump representing the office of the President, hardly, name another twice impeached, his Presidency was a farce from start to finish. He was, at best an imposter and at worst a con man. You seem to have far lower standards than most when it comes to that office. Little may happen yet the majority would hope for more I'd wager.

Should I still be lurking about not having shuffled off this mortal coil myself I will be sure to bear witness to the shenanigans yet again.

Maybe soon we can transfer our brain onto the internet and surf the waves forever.
Than we can have this discussion every 4 years.

I, for one, would not even wish that on a mortal enemy. While I cherish every moment I breathe I also have no fear of dying, I actually am rather prepared for the end. Dying holds no or at the very least little space in my mind yet I will confess some trepidation at the method in which it may happen.

It's very possible we are already in digital form inside a digital simulation. In that case, nothing would change.
