I have recently purchased a Sandisk Sansa Video MP3 player. I'm having a difficult time trying to convince music in my iTunes to import. I did pay the extra cash for non DRM music, and therefore I would like to exercise my will, power and authority over my electronic domain [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]

Can anyone recommend:
1) An easy conversion tool;
2) a non ipod site that offers video podcasts
