Tuna is not allowed?!?!? Why not?
I am not merely a mass of molecules, incoherently careening through time and space. I am a child of God, destined for another world, a world before which this one pales in significance. Our spiritual preparation for the next world is to be the priority of this life.

There are some children in her school that are allergic. It's crazy. There are so many kids with allergies at that school. I think there are more with than without. She can't bring eggs, nuts, tuna, anything with dust, no fragrance... those are just the ones I can think of before my morning coffee! lol

Ok, so... we've moved and the restrictions on food she can bring has changed drastically (for the better). My issue now is her school just started the divided day thing with 2 nutritional breaks instead of 1 lunch break.

She always seems to want the same things for the 2 breaks. Any fun ideas for something different?

kids go thru food phases it think..i know mine did.. if it's healthy i don't think there is any harm in her taking the same thing all the time.
perhaps getting her to make her own lunch will inspire some new choices.

some things we do here..
meat, cheese, crackers, pickles
fruit with choc dip ( i mix choc ice cream sauce with cr cheese)
chicken fingers..cold but still yummy i guess
mini frozen pizzas
all the thermos stuff i mentioned above seems to be their favorites
