MSN Messenger

I can't sign into MSN Messenger unless I download the new version of MSN Windows Live...I don't want the new version but I can't sign in unless I download the new version which is p***ing me off....anyone else have this problem using the older verions of MSN Messenger? I was using 7.5 and quite happy with it, why do I have to change, lol.

Well guess I had to d/l the new one. I think we should have a choice of what we want to run on our own computers and not made to d/l something if we don't want to. I hate the new one now that I see it grrrrrrrrrrrr.....good ole MSN....p*** me off, lol.

My suggestion, if you need instant messaging... try Pidgin it works with almost all messaging formats, is free, and Mr. Gates doesn't have his fingers in it. [img]/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]
