I have one and the ink levels are BOTH FULL but the colour is printing in pink.

susy Id say take out the color and set it on a wet paper towel and see if the colors start running seperatly, they may be clogged, You should have a yellow red and blue in the color cart so you will see each of them colors and black should be on its own

if you have had them refilled too many times this could happen could be your print circuit is gone and needs repair.

call the company susy.. My printer was messing up and it was less than a year old too. They sent me RNA number for perilator to pick it up and then sent me a new one
