Heck of a Road Trip

We had the pleasure of meeting this family today, as they were just next door to our store, getting their car fixed up. The kids and the adults are so wonderful to talk with! So friendly and caring...we'll be closing the store for a little while tomorrow to go and say goodbye to them again while they're parked up at Walmart.

They were at the shop I work for and I had the pleasure of working on their Car. I bought one of their books too and I must say it worth the 20 bucks that are charging.

Great story. Quire some time back when I worked at a bike dealership I had the pleasure of meeting a guy from Japan who purchased a bike in California and was riding across North America. We hit it off and he ended up staying with me and my girlfriend for for 3 weeks.

Passed this jalopy last nite on Hwy 17 going through Garden River, geez that car is slow - had a line up waaay back, I felt sorry for them cause they were only going about 40-50 kms. I read this story this morning in the newspaper , kudos to them for following their dream!

very nice lady - beautiful name when she pronounces it as well. didnt' meet the rest of the family tho. they were off somewhere and tonight i'll be reading about their adventures.

Is there not laws that state you have to go a minimum speed for safety?
