When I drove down Bay street on Sunday I noticed that the city had poured a rather large curb and sidewalk completely sealing off the bottom of Bruce Street where it merges with Bay Street. I don't recall anything in the city plans for the rebuild of Bruce including shutting off this street to thru traffic on a permanent basis?! Did I miss something?
