I'm not saying this to be offensive in any way,

If you want your house to sell you should seriously consider updating your wall colors, expecially your kitchen, I'm sure you love it, but to someone who's not into bold and busy colors your house looks very overwhelming, even if you just bought a bunch of offwhite paint or a light neutral color and just made it all the same I think it would really help.

I appreciate the advice, but I'm not doing anything to it. It's a rent to own, and there are lots of people who would just be happy to have a home to call their own, and I'm sure whoever gets it will want to do their own thing anyway. No sense in doing cosmetics twice.

i don't live around there but a friend of mine does and i'm at her place quite often...she just lives on john...you can actually see your place from her back window. looks nice.

I agree with you on that..way to busy..the whole house made me dizzy looking at it..but everyone to their own choice I guess..
but don't expect to get the money you want for it ..been in this bissness for years got to stage the home to sell...

I have to agree ....when buyers see your house as a "fixer upper" where they have to put lot of money into it won't get you the price your hoping for. Make the house appealing to the people and ready to move in and you will get a fast sale and top dollar for it.
I did that and my house sold in one day and for the asking price.
