Default You can ride two up on ATVs Now?

I just called the OPP they say its legal to ride two up on ATVs as long as its on the trails and not on public roads. I thought it was illegal period.

90% of the trails I ride on are crown land,I just thought two up was illegal even on them. From what they says riding trails (public or private) is OK just not on roads which are not much fun anyways.

Just that you need to drive on some roads to get to other places and that is where people get caught!

Hmmmmm, Thats interesting. I wonder what they consider a road?
Is a camp road considered illegal, or logging roads?

So by that I'd guess that the camp road since its maintained by the Local Roads Board and the Min of Trans. would not be legal, but the logging roads would be ok!

thats a good thing to know.
Thanks for Sharing the info Lance.
