Default Stella the "Mother"

Any bad thoughts I might have had about my dogs and the baby flew out the window quickly lol The pic is kinda blurry, but it was one of those "shoot quick or miss the shot" kinda deals :S

Stella LOVES the baby and is very motherly towards her...it's so cute! Sophie crawls over to her, grabs her feet, chews on her tail...and Stella doesn't even care! Ivan is scared of her, but he just sleeps in the other room now lol

Thats adorable I think every kid should grow up with atleast one pet
Adopting one pet will not change the world but, it will change the world for that one pet.

Oh my! A picture is worth a thousand words. It's awesome! Thanks for sharing, Kuietgrl. Why does it not surprise me that Ivy's scared of her? hehe Just remember, it's his "big dork" personality that makes him so darn special!!

"Special" is right! lmao

They're both incredible careful around her and gentle face to face...but they turn around and don't realize their big butts are a part of them lol

You should hear her laugh when one of them sticks their nose in her face! Priceless!

ouuu boy, I can just see when that child is mobile! LOL, your house is gonna be FUN! hahaha. My little dude @ 10 months old loves to chuck my pictures across the room and pull all the books from my bookcase!

I like the pics though! They make stella look SO huge, especially next to your girl! How old is she now? Is she crawling? She is very adorable, doesn't look at all like white trash (I know you were kidding lol).

oh btw, I have a picture of my bullies snuggled up around Phoenix when he was about 3 months old (and yip! He was in a diaper too haha) He was lying @ my feet and they came and curled themselves around him, I actually got a video of him pulling my girls ears and the harder he pulled the bigger the smile she got hehe. I think I posted the pic on facebook, but I will need to verify that one

She was about 3 months in the first pic and 6 1/2 months in the 2nd, which was taken a few days ago. And yes...she is crawling. I stunted that by ripping up the carpet this weekend so she can't get around as good...but she did chase Stella around. Stella seems to love it except when she's tired and wants to sleep lol She'll keep moving farther and farther away, curling up into tiny balls with feet and tail tucked under her...then give up and go upstairs to her crate haha

I feel sorry for my poor old cat, though! When Sophie is on the couch with us (cat sleeps on the back of the couch) she stands up, grabs two handfuls of fur and pulls him down onto the couch...all before I know whats happening lol And the most evil looking grin on her face...

So help me god, if someone raised their hand to her...I'll help them meet their maker!

I've raised my voice lol but it was that or she'd eat Sophie's cookie and get sick

Stelly is the BEST dog in the world! I can't believe she's 3 already...

Very nice pictures. Has Yips tried to steal Stella too? She's sure beautiful. Even with her sickness, she looks to be in good shape. And, very cute baby too. =)

No, not Stella. People don't seem to like Stella like they do Ivan...I dunno why. She's more outgoing, friendly and stable-minded lol

Makes you laugh when you see this huge animals that are so tender and gentle. Theres nothing better for a kids well being than to have a friend (four legged or not).

Stella's my baby girl, no doubt! Love her to death! (even though when I pet her, my eyes swell up and itch and I can't see anymore )

Stupid allergies! But the dogs and cat don't bother Sophie...which is good because she grabs them every chance she gets!

I hope so, Mags. I think all kids should grow up with pets...it teaches them so much!

And Stella is so protective, loving and gentle with the baby. She would have made an AWESOME mother.
