When will the first patch for Crysis be out? I've read 1-2 weeks, but that was 1-2 weeks ago lol. I can't find any other info about an approximate date. It could be another 2-3 weeks for all anyone knows at this point, and it wouldn't surprise me since it took so long for the actual game to be released in the first place. I'm at work and it just crossed my mind. I bought this game and had it since it was released like most others. But I haven't been playing it and I'm getting impatient because I want to run it with crossfire enabled properly.

Nope never heard anything recently and yes we all reported it in here 1-2 weeks, but it has been longer then that projected time table. I too am waiting for the patch to see what it can do.

It fricken better be! Of course I do have HL2:EP2 to finish off yet, or I could start into CoD4 which I can max out nicely (and it looks spectacular by the way), but I've waited for Crysis for so long and now that it's on the shelf on my desk I feel like a drug addict with lots of stuff but nothing to smoke it with haha.

Hello? Has anyone here ever played Far Cry? It took them months and 3 patches to get it right....don't hold your breathe. I can still play it very nicely, so not in dire need of the patch. There is one part I remember being glitchy, a friend noticed th same, but the game is very playable from launch, much better than their first.

I'm not looking for them to make the game perfect with one patch. I haven't even played it yet to notice these glitches you're talking about. I just want crossfire to work so I can enjoy some good graphics when I do play the game.

I would have if I had $400+ when I bought the first card. But funds were limited at the time and I was debating on either the HD2600XT or the X1950PRO.

Sell Sell Sell and buy one HD3870 or 8800GTX Ultra or wait till next Gen Cards are out, try and save money till then.
